Celebrating one Year in Fox Yard and we’ve gone green!
One year already. To think design–me moved into the shell that was our new offices in Fox Yard, in the West End and have finally managed to get an office to showcase what we’re about. Moving in on the 1st March 2009 it looked like an impossible job ahead, but now a year, on we have an office to be proud of. Coupled with this we’re celebrating the launch of our new website, something we’re hugely proud of but something that will benefit not only us but all our clients.
Tied in with our new design, we’ve created a system which will limit the amount of paper required to be printed, reducing costs for all including making us hugely eco friendly and reducing the company’s carbon footprint. With an estimated reduction in paper usage of 60%, clients and contractors alike will easily be able to download any required information and only print what they feel is necessary rather than a full copy, much of which is of no use or interest.
This is also a huge benefit at latter stages, as projects move into construction phases, they often require change, causing problems if all are not singing from the same sheet. Our back end system will eliminate these issues, giving clients and contractors instant access to all latest plans, design change and documentation. design-me are proud to be going green and giving you an easier service.
